1. Write whether the following statements are 'True' or False'

3. What do you understand by "Competency to contract" ? Who are the persons considered competent to enter a contract by the Indian Contract Act ?

4. What do you understand by discharged of contract ? Described the methods of a discharged of Termination of Contract.

5. What is a contract of guarantee ? Under what circumstances a surety is discharged from his liability ?

6. What are the provisions of Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in respect of registration  of a firm ? What are the consequences of non-registration of a firm ?

7. What is "negotiable instruments" ? Explain its characteristics and statutory presumptions.
